Speaker – Heather Murphy, BS, BSN, RN
Heather is the Director of Quality and Regulatory Compliance for Kansas City Hospice and Palliative Care. She has been a Registered Nurse for 27 years and has worked in Hospice and Home Health for 11 years. Heather has served on the Board of Kansas City Regional Home Care Association and as a member of the MHPCA Prison Hospice Team. She is married to a retired Police Detective and has 3 children.
Refunds are no available however substitutions for the training by another staff person is available.
This training qualifies for 1.5 CE hours
You must attend live to receive CE credits and complete an evaluation form.
Missouri Hospice and Palliative Care Association, #1359, is approved as a provider for social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) www.aswb.org, through the Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Missouri Hospice and Palliative Care Association maintains responsibility for the program. ASWB Approval Period: 2/28/2023 – 2/28/2026. Social workers should contact their regulatory board to determine course approval for continuing education credits. Social workers participating in this training will receive up to 1.0 continuing education clock hours.
