Reforming Care Beyond Healthcare: Opportunities & Challenges for True Palliative Care – Dr. Timothy Ihrig, MD
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the current “state of healthcare” with respect to issues affecting palliative care including local, regional and national policy, alternative payment models, provider accreditation and the evolution of true palliative care involvement as a means of population health across varied healthcare systems.
In addition, attendees have the opportunity to recommend topics, prior to the symposium pertinent to their practice / interest, which may be addressed through presenter-participant dialogue, question/answer, role play or other.
