Missouri Hospice & Palliative Care Receives Grant for Prison Hospice Program Jefferson City, MO – The Missouri Hospice & Palliative Care Association is pleased to announce the organization has received a grant from Hospice Foundation of the Ozarks for its Prison Hospice Program that covers all correctional facilities within the State of Missouri. The grant will run 2018-2019 for the term of one year. The MHPCA Prison Hospice Program held its first Prison Hospice Training in May of 2015. South Central Correctional Center is located in Texas County and is part of the Ozarks. The MHPCA Prison Hospice Program held its first Prison Hospice Training in May of 2015.
