Overview:

Chaplaincy is a long-standing profession that is still growing and adapting to new context and new worlds.  Are we prepared as Chaplains to be ready for the challenges ahead?

If you could take a pill and have everything remain the same, would you take it?  Or would you choose to take a pill and have the profession of chaplaincy as you know it never be the same again?

We are going to discover the Tools of the Trade: Calling, Spiritual Assessments, Scripting, CPE Refresher, Chaplain Role Diversification, and Connecting to other chaplains.

If you are tired of just Surviving and now you want to really Start Thriving?  Come Join us in discussing a Chaplain paradigm shift to thinking differently about the job/role of a hospice and palliative care chaplain.

Objectives:

  1. Learn Chaplaincy in hospice and palliative care
  2. Discuss how to support TEAM
  3. Discuss how to support patients
  4. Discuss how to support yourself
